The Writing Center is closed for the summer.
The Writing Center is open to anybody affiliated with the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa in all disciplines, at all levels, and writing stages.
We work with our clients on any type of writing, including research papers, theses, memos, resumes, personal statements, and creative writing.
Mission
Our goal is to equip our clients with appropriate writing skills so that they can become better and more confident writers. We are here to share different techniques, methods, and resources that will help our clients become adept at and comfortable with all stages of writing.
Our services are available for free.
Student Learning Outcomes:- Students will become more confident writers.
- Students will learn techniques and methods to become better writers.
- Students will learn how to utilize resources, when appropriate.
- Students will feel more comfortable with their writing process.
