The Conference Fee payable in advance to the Convention Office of the University of Hawai‘i will be $125. Due to various kinds of funding restrictions, however, you will pay a second portion of the registration fee (@ $50) in cash upon arrival at the conference.
You DO NOT need to be registered to make your room reservations at the Ala Moana Hotel at the discounted rate. Reservations can be made now: see Accommodations for further information.
If you are receiving funds from the conference that you have elected to have applied to registration, you will be able to register online without payment. If you have not yet specified how you would like to apply your funding, please contact us; funding can be applied to the registration fees handled by the online convention office and to housing, or it can be provided as a per diem check.Conference fees will be paying for:
Transportation from conference hotel to the conference every day.
Conference information materials—the program, etc. etc.
Light breakfast at the Imin Center every day of the conference.
Lunches every day of the conference.
The conference banquet, to be held on the night of Thursday, June 26th.
Coffee, tea, and other drinks throughout the conference.
The online registration and information service.
Although the conference is funded through a variety of sources, your registration fees are underwriting a number of the costs. These fees make the conference possible.
